Designed as a showcase sustainable development, Wyndham Harbour aims to set new benchmarks for reducing carbon emissions, use of solar technologies and water management.

Working in partnership with leading environmental group Grow West, the developers will revegetate more than 500 hectares in the Upper Werribee Catchment area to offset the development's carbon footprint.

Every aspect of the project has been carefully designed with Ecological Sustainable Design (ESD) principles in mind - from the choice of construction materials to carbon emission management.

Of course sustainable design isn't just good for the environment. It enriches everyone's lives - from enjoying a home that's powered by the sun to using recycled water on your gardens anytime you like.
